Thyme Essential Oil made by Simply Earth

I am in 8 years recovery. Since I have been clean, I choose to go the natural route whenever I can. I try to use oils whenever possible. This is the 3rd product I have from Simply Earth. Their oils are made with premium ingredients and ALL NATURAL! I truly stand behind this company!!!When I had the opportunity to review this product, I jumped at the chance. I have two other oils made by Simply Earth.  I do see a Dr before I use any product. For me: I use it for my menstrual cramps (spasms)~topically. I use it in my shampoo for thinning hair. I do feel it is healthier and not as thin as it was a month ago. I use it for my daughter's cystic acne. On a cotton ball.. and dab it on the affected area leave it til it dries, rinse off and done!! I am happy with the results I receive when I use their products... I am a fan and a consumer of Simply Earth!!

WOW!! I was thrilled with my new shower head. it really does feel like rainfall. don't be fooled by the name- it's not a soft rainfall, it's great water pressure!  The water does not hit your body hard, it is gentle, but a lot of water comes out! Feels wonderful and makes it possible for my 6'3 son to shower without slouching over! Easy to install especially if you're mechanically challenged like me. Took me 5 minutes to install. I like that it's adjustable. And, it feels like you're taking a "rain shower". If you purchase this at Lowes.. a lifetime warranty!! You know you are getting solid products if they offer this!! Happy and thrilled with the shower head and the arm!!!

These are simply great! .These can be worn with any shoe, boot, slipper.  it is washable. I cannot wear these to bed as they move around with the sheets if barefoot (it would likely be OK with socks on). Very soft pliable material. Doesn't chaff at all. It is actually not noticeable when you wear it. I was skeptical at first but it is soft in design and is comfortable. I use these on doubles ( I work as a server in a restaurant) and the pain is minimal or not at all. I know I eventually have to have surgery. In the meantime this will do just fine.

I am doing a review on the dog thritis drops. I waited over a month to do my review to see if there was any change in my 11 year old Boston. We live in a basement apartment. Runt has to run upstairs to go out. He had issues getting up the stairs to the point where we would carry him. I am not gonna lie~ I was petrified!! Runt is our family and I know eventually he is going to leave us BUT in the meantime I want his life (here and now) to be fun~and playful~ and just be a happy "puppy". Again I waited over a month to see if there was going to be a change. I don't know how... but after 2 weeks of the drops.. He now RUNS up the stairs!! He now runs after the other dog, he can jump on the bed!! I am thrilled with the out come. I have my pup back again!! I place 3 drops in his water bowl in the AM and 3 drops in his water in the PM. Runt would not have any issues taking the water. As for the flavor~ I have no clue if it changes the flavor of the water..lol... He drinks it and that is all I am happy about. Runt runs~plays and jumps!! I did show this to my vet last visit and she said "if it works~ continue!" I did and I will be purchasing this in the near future!! Cozypony Car charger!!

The angels are singing. I now can have my daughter in my car, with a charger that can charge my iphone 6 and her Samsung Galaxy S6. It is capable of charging 2 phones or a tom~tom gps and a cell or an ipad or a boost phone. You get the idea. It does come with a wire compatible for the Samsung. I am happy to say that this has two ports and one of the ports will charge your Samsung Galaxy S6. Most certainly recommend it. Charges very quickly!! A blue light next to the USB to show that it is working. I absolutely love it. This saved my ears on the long car ride!! I am very happy with this product and do definitely recommend if you have a child glued to their phone, this extra port, will stop the "look" and the sighs!! Happy m0m here!!

When I was offered to review this, I jumped at the chance knowing my son and his boat outings. This is for him!! I asked him to really REVIEW and see how dry the contents are.. My sons email to me: 

My mom gave me this  bag to store and protect small items on  boats from splash water and occasional rain during whole day trips.  The size of the bag  is sufficient to put in sunscreen, food, camera and maybe a towel and a sweater plus other things needed to have an awesome day out on the Atlantic coast!! The bag is made of light but still sturdy material so it does neither add a lot of weight nor take a lot of space. The strap attaches diagonal so it is possible hang the bag over your shoulder leaving your hands free to do other things like climbing into the boat and not play the pass game and worry about "what is falling into the canal today!!??" I admit I put  it through  a lot of abuse. Stood up to a good beating.. and tossing from boat to boat!! Do I recommend this? My grandson LOVES this  straw cup! Xavier is a picky child. Only drinks water from the bottle (manufacturer bottle). When I babysit him, I have to go out and buy water bottles. I was babysitting a few days ago and I knew this was my chance. Gave him the cup with the water, told him to sip it and the truck will drive around for you. IT WORKED!! This is a TRUE FACT!! I use this for herbs for my kitchen. This is a very nice grinder. It is heavy weight, and has four compartments. It is very easy to screw and unscrew all the sections. When you screw them all together, they fit very snugly. This is not one of those that will work its way open. This is a metal grinder that I will definitely get many years use out of. I tried this spice grinder with a couple of different spices and got similar results for each. The grinder does not pulverize the spices but rather acts much more like a fine chopper. That is, it chops the spices to about 1/8-inch pieces, all very uniform. It is a lot faster than using a knife unless working with a tiny quantity of spices. When I opened the bottom chamber there was very little if any fine particles. If you want to get a powder instead of a fine chop you will need a mortar and pestle instead which is what I use for thyme. This grinder makes pieces that are comparable to what you find in a jar of chopped dried spices that you can buy in the store.

I absolutely love this!!!  the quality and results are just as advertised. Great buy! Great deal! This is a fantastic black head cleanser! I was looking for something this good and I finally found it! The different tools for all different facial problems!!  For those of you that never tried it. First wipe all of the tools down with alcohol. Use whatever face wash  you use. Wash and clean your face. If at all possible place a hot cloth over your face to open your pores. Then use which ever tool for which ever blemish you have! Hey All, It is a lazy Monday afternoon- "my Saturday", I had laundry, grocery shopping, dogs walked and soon dinner to cook.. I am feeling complete and accomplished. I received my mail early morning and in the mailbox was the book Dana Sibilsky's Tips to Successful and Profitable Blogging- read it in 2 hours. The tips in this book... it is the "oh yeah, I forgot... or the why didn't I think of that" Also many other specific ways of writing blogs, both good and bad- and if it the bad.. nit biting you in the @$$ days-months or years from now. I say if blogging is your thing, beginner or expert. This book will guide you!! Help you!! and make it as easy as the ABC's!! Thank you for letting me review this book. It is a HUGE HELP!! Especially since I have been blogging about all the new products I have tried~ about the going on's in my children's lives~my new diet that I started a few days ago. Is there such a thing as be too old to serve? I know in certain industries, sports and modeling off the top of my head. But being waitress-server- too old? Or is it too stuck in their ways.I work now at BFG and somewhat happy there and did plan to move up to management. But through "hear say" I am not up to the challenge .Is it a GM's thought that a diner server is not good enough, or "sloppy"? I have went to a few places a few years back, and I was told "oh you are a diner server-not what we want" I am not too sure what it was they didn't want. If anyone has worked in a "DINER" a thing call multi tasking. We have to 1. Present menus and explain daily specials, how they are prepared, the ingredients, what can and cannot be taken out of the dishes, whether they get soup or salad, if dessert is offered, what kind and this is to EVERY table. 2. Offer Cocktails and or apps before we walk away from the table. In the back of the house, I used to set up the bread baskets, make out toast for breakfast dishes, sandwiches, or even if they wanted to eat just toast. We set up salad stations, getting every dressing known to man either made or get into 1/4 size pans. We set up the soup stations. When people ordered waffles, the servers cooked them. On top of that, if there were to go orders on the phone, we took their orders, took care of our tables made salads, made the soups, oh and now pack up the to go orders with the bread to go.. and in between that cut slices if cakes for the EB specials. Run your food, prebus your tables and oh yeah another to go order on the phone. Take cash, make change, run credit cards. Deal with guests that want 30 coupons for 5 different plates. learn how to hand write tickets and use the computer for other orders. Sometimes we would have an expo... and when your food was up.. ding ding ding ding ding went the call bell!!! Always have a smile. Thank the ppl with the to go orders that didn't tip you .. but I still have to bus out (tip out) at the end of the night for your 75.00 to go order. SO I actually paid for your food to go. Getting back to my point/rather question? Why are diner servers given a bad reputation? Granted I stopped working in diners because there is no room for growth. But it took YEARS for me to get into a corporate style restaurant. I have worked at a few places and I learned something new in everywhere I was. I never planned on making this a career. I truly didn't. I thought management was going to be where I was at my age. But the stabbing hurt I felt when I heard "Her family must be ashamed of her, a server and she is in her late 40's." I am unsure now what to do. Is this true? I am the oldest person at my place of employment. BUT I am the hardest working, I get the most guest compliments, my sale for corporate are very high!! Some days after working a 8 hour shift, I can leave with over $300. ( and those of you wondering- I claim 100% of my tips, and my paycheck is $0.00). What I am saying and asking 1. Please tip your server on to go orders. They might not have severed you personally .. but the still did the work of prepping all your food, they also at the end of the night have to tip out on your bill of sale which is in there check out report at the end of the night. 2. If I am 47 and can work straight through a 10 hour shift and still maintain a smile and give a$$ kicking service.. am I going to be without a job before I am 50?? I am hurt-heartbroken and my spirit is broken!! Un-sure what am I going to do . I know the company I am at... I am not moving up. But will I be hired at another well known establishment for my experience. Or will they say nope somebody 20 years younger can do a better job. I know for a fact I do my job well and when I have ppl saying " you made our experience memorable, and we will be back BECAUSE OF YOU"... What now?? REALLY WHAT NOW!!!??     

Review for Ska Studio Waist Trainer!!

Hi ALL!!!  I received a few more try out items,,, and review and photos will be in here!!! First off I "thought" I was happy with me.. I just realized I REALLY need to loose 30 lbs. I am 4'9.. my weight should be in the 100 lb range... and it always was until I reached my 40's.. My average size clothes were x small or a 1..3 or 5... With all the going on's in my life..-moving from Miami to NY,  being sober for 8+ years, working as a server in restaurants, taking care of my children- worrying about my children.. Moms and Dads will understand the "Work is never done"... anyway.. working til 12ish and then coming home after midnight eating "dinner" staying up til 2am.. answering emails.. now blogging... I would buy black Boot Cut Jeggngs.. in a medium...  and of course the ladies that wear them.. they stretch... I ordered-Ska Studio Sports Waist Trainer,, in a medium (link to follow).. and it is the "GOOD" one.. the latex.. with the double hooks for sizing.. Well so excited I got approved. COULD NOT wait til it got here!!  I came home from work on a Tues night.. and YAY it was here.. Excited, going to wear it to work Wed.. I took my shower, did my lotion, deodorant, and I called my fiance and said we have to do this together. Since it was my 1st time. We holy hell.. reality slapped me silly!!! It took 20 minutes to get on... dripping in sweat (me... like I was running a mile) I knew at that moment.. OH SH!T how much weight did I really gain.. I didn't own a scale. I then bought a scale and I am OVER 145.. My fiance said "I love you no matter if you are 100 lbs or 200... that didn't make me feel ANY BETTER!! I did the review on Amazon.. honestly.. saying I most likely needed a large. I will not exchange it!! I will make a lifestyle change and fit into that BEAUTIFUL waist trainer. I also received the Bonke water bottle with  Fruit Infuser. To me that is a sign. Yesterday I started my lifestyle change. I am still wearing the waist trainer.. only take it off when I shower. Betta Bridges Pets Tear Stain Remover For Dogs

 I tried this for almost a week and a half on my 11 year old Boston terrier. I have to admit, although it is not the greatest smelling product, it works and it works well/ Runt sat patiently as I cleaned his tear stains. I also brought him to the vet a few days ago and brought Betta Bridges Pets Tear Stain Remover For Dogs and asked my vet, is it ok for him?? Will it harm him at the age he is at?/ She gave the 2 thumbs up!! I have to admit, I didn't think it was going to work. He does have the dark brindle coat. How does a mom let go!!??

About a week ago driving my 20 year old (no drivers license yet because of his own laziness) told me "Mom, after my 21st birthday I am moving to upstate NY . My first thought was ... yeah ok, he needs me to do his laundry, he hates being away from home longer than 2 days. But as he was speaking I heard the passion in his voice. I need to reverse in order for this to be understood. About 9 years back, I had issues with myself, I knew he had to go to my ex husband for a while. I had to be able to take care of me before I can give a thousand percent to my children. Although it broke my heart~all of them went to NY to live with their Dad. My oldest 2 eventually moved out and got their own lives. My eldest son 27 is living very well on his own self supportive and has a fantastic job in the  city and in school paid by the company he works for.. also union employed. My daughter 25, now a mom of her own living in Jersey with her fiance, and a happy family. My 23 yr old he is not on the wrong track but also still unsure where life is going to take him. I also have joint custody of my 13 year old daughter. Lives with her Dad, who still lives in his parents house... that again in a future blog. Now when I moved back to NY in 09.. Joseph was having issues in all situations. I tried to have him in therapy and he was not having it.. I had him in school speaking with his guidance counselor on a regular basis. Joseph was not  giving a rats ____ about anything dealing with rules. If they said left~ he went right. I knew at that point if I didn't take control it was only going to get worse. That is when I signed him into Military School. Joseph went away for 6 months. I wrote him everyday. Spoke to him once a week. At the end he thanked me for doing it. Graduated with a HS Diploma. He then moved in with me. Joseph's dream was culinary school.. I.C.E. We went back and forth so many times. My credit was shot due to my ex and other issues. I asked family members if they would co-sign for school. Lots of them said YES we will be there!! Of course!!! Until the day where it came down to signing the paper work. Everyone backed out. It broke his spirit and broke my heart. The dis appointment was all over his face-attitude-EVERYTHING.. I then said we save up and try again in a few years. Fast forward 6 months. This is when he said (and again with so much passion) I am moving upstate after my birthday. I said "Nope-you are NOT!" Joseph then said " I have to grow up, I have to try, I can't live with you forever!"  He has everything mapped out, getting his dl before he leaves, taking a transfer from his job. Also saving up $$ a few months rent  before he leaves. How do I let my son go??!! My heart is breaking.. I know he wants it and I know he is going to follow through. I know it is a drive away (3 1/2 hours) but how do you let them go? How do I not cry and wonder will he be ok...This will be a blog... a soap opera.. a drama and a comedy!!! To be continued....

I have joined a giveaway service where you blog about the items.. I am new at this and whatever reviews I have done.. I have done well. These bloggers that get chosen , it is like a FELL TIME job. You have to blog on FB~Twitter~Amazon~HERE~and other social networks. On my last day off I reviewed 3 products. It took me OVER 6 hours between the blog~ photos~ and honest reviews. I am not the type of person to copy and paste my reviews. I feel with each social website.. you have to make it eye catching to grab their attention. If I wasn't fond of it.. I don't give it a HORRID review, I say "Just wan't for me" I give it 3 starts and explain why. I pay for shipping and it is pissing me off since I am new at this, the ones that are "important to me" and I would love to try...I am being bypassed. I guess it wasn't meant to happen. OR I am not as popular as they want me to be. I am sorry if I keep my blogs honest. I have a "boring" life in their eyes. I feel as I am being JUDGED even at this age.. If you are not the popular one (meaning over a million follows) you're not good enough.. Well which ever ones I get chosen for I thank you.. but the others... If you want a million dollar company, you take the ones with the smaller views.. and they get read by the "real ppl" and maybe your products will be purchased by the 40~somethings and their co~workers~or their neighbors!! Or by word of mouth.As for this website.. I will finish out the month and I am done.. Too old to be chosen by how popular I am or am not!!! My family~friends and co~worker.. they accept my opinion and do purchase things I tell them do work. Oh and btw I work in the service industry and see MANY different ppl a day.. The products I have tried AND worked well... LARGE companies.. Word of mouth and good reviews from the small person.. MAKES your companies what they are!!! So dn't judge!! My rant is over.. This Grandma and mom and employee and fiance and dog owner and pta mom is going back to blogging about "real life and real life situations" I am done being the guinea pig to help others get rich with $$$ I am rich from love from my family and friends!!!! 

It is an EARLY (for me at least) Saturday afternoon. I have to be at work at 1:45. In order for my day to start off well. I need to wake up a few hours earlier to "do coffee, read and respond to emails, and of course~listen to the news! I am trying to figure out~ why tips (if you have read my intro, I am a server for a huge corp.) have been sooo BAD!! I am so not patting myself on the back. I have high sales, most "call parties" and just all way round , I love my job and hardly ever complain. I make $5.00 and hour and with (100%) my tips being taxed. Lately I have not been covering my 1/2 of the bills.. Even though I go out of my way, EVERYDAY- hopefully doing a 10 hour shift.. If I walk away with $250 or more YA.. if not.. Just a BAD MONTH!! My other "off news" I received my new work shoes (3 pair) I was wearing them during the week, to the super market, running my errands, walking the dogs. I thought they were ready. One hour into my shift last night.. I wanted to throw those shoes into the road!! or do the rest of my shift.. in my socks. Me always being prepared~ I had my old work shoes in the trunk. The only issue with those.. I have to wear 2 pair of socks! I am not a 6 (kinda small) not a 6 1/2 (kinda big).. So what size can I get and be happy with!!?? After I got home, I did the ice bag "thing". I took them out of the freezer this morning.. One of the shoes (rather bags)must've had a leak... I now have an ice cube in the shape of a size 6 shoe!!! LMAO!! Debating whether I should save it for my son who ALWAYS need ice in his drinks.. I think I am going to save this for Sh#$s and giggles.. I will be bringing both the new and the old and switch off through out my shift! For the rest of the week, no breaks. My daughter and grandson will be here tomorrow night. My daughter is looking for a job in NY~ unfortunately it isn't working out with her fiance. My oldest son offered her his spare bedroom to stay~rent free~ until she gets on her feet. I don't have a free day nest week. If is full of~ interviews for my daughter~ vet appointments for my Bonston Terriers~ EVENTUALLY finish remodeling (YES FINISH.. for my bday I asked for my kitchen to be repainted and update it) the cabinet doors and put them back up, lay the floor and call it a day. Ugh wishful thinking. It is now time for me to day "til next time" If anyone has any ideas how to break in shoes.. comment please. I tried the ice bag, the microwave and the 2 x socks.. They came today!!!!

Hooray for me.. The reason why I am making the blog... I start my 1st product review   in the next couple of days. The job I have gives me insomnia. Some-days I don't sleep at all. I will be reviewing the Soft Cotton&Silk Blend Eye Mask With FREE Ear Plugs. and it being summer and the children with no curfew (rather 1:30ish) I go to sleep way earlier. It is a hot Sunday afternoon here in Queens. It is my day off before I start a grueling week at ___ ( a place I will not mention.. yet). I am a server and have been doing it for almost 20 years. I attempted to go to college for nursing, but I become too emotionally involved with people. Being straight faced in a trauma situation, not for me. I respect all in that industry. I was going (and eventually will) to use this page to review products, but I think it is going to be my "just because" page. 
This week at work, tough to say the least. Lots of ppl I respect and love working with are leaving. For better opportunities~just being fed up~ or "just because".  I was contemplating on making the move, but not just yet. I know in my heart when the time is right, I will go. This coming week is going to be 6 shifts and 2 of them are doubles. I am hoping that it will be enough to put away for a 3 day mini vacation with my  2 daughters and grandson. I was going to rent a camper with my "fiance" and go tour  (a 3 day tour LOL) Mystic Connecticut. My 13 year old wants to do aquarium visits... We are going to the NY Aquarium on Thursday... next week the one in Riverhead. An unfortunate situation happened last Thursday. I have this "thing" being divorced and in an 8 year relationship~ I want to do things as a family. We were going to go to Adventureland~my  "fiance" my daughter~ my son (20 year old) and myself. My other son (23) called me an hour before we were leaving and asked if he can join. I said absolutely. My "fiance" threw a fit. Making excuses- we aren't all going to fit in the car, it is too many ppl not enough room... blagh blagh.. I said it will be 10 min TOTAL with 5 ppl in the car.. he backed out and said "No I won't go". My thoughts are if he is going to through a fit over a 5 minute drive.. who is to say after we pay $1000 for the camper, he is not going to say.. I changed my mind.. I dnt want to go ..etc etc. SO NOW.. I am going to rent a car and go to Ocean City Maryland!! We have never been and it would be someplace looks like fun!! 
Again I am new at this.. I will ne posting "just because" when I can. BBQ grill is calling and my "chef hat" goes on and the dinner bell will be calling in about an hour!!

Everyone welcomed to my blog spot..My name is Rita and I will be turning 47 (physically~mentally 21 ... again)on July 4th!!. I am a happy divorced mom of 5 and Grandma of 1 (so far). and a momma to 2 Boston Terriers  I am a professional waitress~ server.. and proud of it.. It has supported my children's lives and mine. I love meeting new people on a regular basis. I feel in my line of work, sometimes tough (because you can't please ppl who have it set in their mind~life sucks.. and try to pass the poison on) I am starting their night out on a great note or finishing their long day with a dinner and a cocktail. OK enough about me... I am doing this blog because I am a sort of "Mom~Friend~Co~Worker" that will be the 1st one to try the newest items out there and by word of mouth~ OMG You gotta try_____ " or I get "what did you use in your hair  to get: the curls- color- style?'
